Placing an Outside Call

  • Dial your number
  • Press [dial] soft key, [Speaker] or Lift the handset — (What is a soft key?)

Putting a Call on Hold

  • Press the [hold] button. (It has a hand on it.)
  • Press the [resume] soft key to resume. — (What is a soft key?)
    Note: If you want someone else in your office (or offsite using a remote non-cell phone extension) to pick up the call, park the call instead of hold.

Last Number Redial

Placing an Intercom Call

  • Dial intercom extension
  • Press [dial] soft key or [Speaker] or Lift the handset — (What is a soft key?)

Calling a Co-worker’s Voicemail

  • Dial 33 plus your Co-worker’s extension number
  • Press [dial] soft key or [Speaker] or Lift the handset — (What is a soft key?)
