Parking a Call

  • Press the [xfer] soft key — (What is a soft key?)
  • Dial 70 and press [dial] soft key
  • Listen for the park position, (most likely 71, 72, 73 etc.)
  • Press the [xfer] soft key to complete the call park
  • Give the person who needs to answer this call the park position extension number so they can connect to the call

Parked Call pickup

  • Dial the park position, most likely 71 or 72
  • Press [dial] soft key, [Speaker] or Lift the handset — (What is a soft key?)
